Vintel Logistics Inc., the company behind the orange-themed Vcargo worldwide brand was established and led by visionary couple Paulo and Abby Tibig.

Back in 1999, Vintel was initially serving Logistics Marketing Services, a service exclusively created to support the logistics needs of the advertising and marketing industry.

Paulo, having experience in a custom brokerage firm and with the great knowledge in entrepreneurship, got things going together with Abby’s experience as an assistant brand manager in a multinational company. Having keen eyes for discerning the problems and thinking of solutions, they capitalized on the logistics problems Abby encountered in the day-to-day implementation of marketing initiatives. They eventually entered the complex world of logistics management and made their mark among marketing professionals by providing strategic solutions to below-the-line activities. Vintel’s Logistics Marketing Services (LMS) set the company apart from other industry players by being the first to offer complete logistical support to the marketing industry. Today, LMS remains to be an integral part of its service portfolio.

The founders’ proactive perspective in business pushed for the addition of other services that would answer to the market’s growing demand for a one-stop logistics solutions provider. Leaning to the most feasible and aligned solution, the company eventually expanded its services to Courier and Freight Forwarding services.

Asia 2020

The official launch of its flagship brand Vcargo worldwide in 2008, along with the announcement of the brand’s foray into the lucrative international express and logistics business marked the company’s journey to become one of the top players in Asia by year 2020.

The company further strengthened its network in the country by opening its Regional Gateway Center in Cebu in the 3rd quarter of 2009 which not only solidified Vcargo’s brand presence in the Visayas and Mindanao regions but also anchor its worldwide operations in the province’s known international ports.

Early this year, Vcargo worldwide has been recognized by Cebu Pacific Air as one of its top ten shippers for 2010. A testament to how far the company has achieved as an organization.

To date, Vintel’s Vcargo worldwide boasts of an enviable list of clients comprised of major players in various industries. A number of local and multinational companies now rely on Vcargo for their logistical needs.

The company now capitalizes on its five strong and dedicated service pillars: Courier, Freight, Logistics, Food Logistics and Logistics Marketing and operates with the same value of service excellence since its inception 12 years ago.
